Somerset ice-cream producer Lovingtons has introduced six new flavours in time for the new season. The six are: Avalanche, a white chocolate ice-cream with dark and light chocolate bits, meringue, marshmallows, raisins, fudge and honeycomb; Raspbery Cookie Ripple; Somerset Apple Crunch; apple ice-cream with apple purée and shortcake biscuit; West Country Rhubarb and Custard, with bits of rhubarb, Lemon Zest Sorbet; and Blackcurrant Cheesecake, with morsels of cheesecake and a blackcurrant topping. Available in 10-litre and four-litre sizes.
