Sous-vide specialist Loxton Foods is expanding its range of main meals with a chicken Dijonnaise (270g) and Thai stuffed fillet of salmon (220g). The chicken is a bone-in supréme cooked in a white wine and grain mustard sauce with double cream, while the salmon fillet is filled with a salmon, spring onion, water chestnut and coriander mousse. The frozen complete recipe dishes are packed in Loxton's easy-open pouches, and have a defrosted life of seven days. There are 10 portions to a pack.
