Fish Kitchen brand to roll out in London

Fish Kitchen - the new fish-and-chip concept from the owner of Fish! - is set for rapid expansion following the success of a pilot venue in Kingston, Surrey, launched in January.

The format, which combines a sit-down restaurant containing 30-50 seats with a takeaway, will be rolled out to three new sites over the next four months.

The first, expected to open in eight weeks, will replace the group's Italian takeaway, Loco Pronto, next to the Fish! restaurant in London's Borough market.

The group is also close to clinching deals on sites in north London, including one in Maida Vale, and is pursuing a venue in Chiswick, west London.
