Contract catering giant Aramark has won a new five-year defence contract worth over £19.5m at two Gloucestershire military sites.
Aramark will provide comprehensive catering, cleaning and sub contracted services at the Imjin Barracks Innsworth and the Defence Storage and Distribution Agency (DSDA) Ashchurch Geographical Remit Contract from April.
Services will include breakfast, lunch and dinner menus with retail and leisure facilities for the 1,200 service personnel and civilians plus the local military community in the nearby area, seven days per week.
Aramark will invest £500,000 in the facilities which will include a new Costa Coffee offering and a refurbished Spar convenience store. Aramark wins £50m food and cleaning contract in Beckenham >>
