- Make a coriander and mint marinade.
- Ingredients: 1 bunch of fresh coriander; 4 fresh mint sprigs; 4 green chillies; half a bunch of spinach; 1 lemon; 5g chaat masala; 1tsp mango pickle.
- Put in the blender and whiz until smooth. Add to 400g of fish and marinate for an hour.
