An historic country inn and hotel in North Devon with a long thatched roof has been put on the market.
Hoops Inn occupies two acres of land at Horns Cross - near Clovely, Bideford - on the A39main route from North Devon to Cornwall.
The 13th century property offers 13 individually-styled bedrooms, ranging from standard rooms in the coach house to suites with four-poster beds in the main building.
Other facilities include the 48-seat restaurant which gained an AA rosette in 2005, a 72-seat bar, a snug bar for smokers, and a courtyard with space for up to 100 people.
There are also rooms for hire for private functions.
The Exeter office of Christie + Co is seeking offers in the region of £2.25m for the freehold.
