Diego Jacquet, head chef, the Zetter, Clerkenwell

Diego Jacquet has started as head chef at the Zetter restaurant and rooms in London's Clerkenwell. He was previously executive chef at Hilton's Trafalgar London hotel, where he was credited with helping to establish Rockwell bar and restaurant.
