Gareth Brown, head chef, Chilston Park, Maidstone

Hand Picked Hotels' Chilston Park, in Maidstone, has appointed Gareth Brown head chef. He rejoins the hotel after 10 years, and was most recently executive sous chef at Marston's Bridgewood Manor in Canterbury. Matthew Tee has also moved to Chilston Park as restaurant manager. He was previously conference and banqueting operations manager at Hand Picked's Nutfield Priory in Surrey.
