Sean Cullum has taken the position of head chef at the newly opened Coliseum restaurant, part of the Grand hotel in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. Before joining the Coliseum, Cullum worked for Isobels restaurant at Haigs hotel in Balsall Common, near Coventry.
