You can do some research on the internet at www.bestjobsau.com, which gives details of vacancies and some salary indications in specific areas. Visit www.catererglobal.com for details of international vacancies. You can choose the type of hospitality you'd like to be in and register to be e-mailed when suitable vacancies arise.
Alternatively, you could contact the human resources department of an international chain of hotels such as Hilton and ask for information. There may be vacancies waiting.
