Gordon Ramsay Holdings (GRH) faces prosecution for failing to file its accounts on time.

The company, which operates most of the Michelin-starred celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's UK pubs and restaurants, was meant to file its accounts at the end of June last year, according to Companies House.

The Government body subsequently extended GRH’s deadline to submit its accounts until last Friday (17 October), but a spokesman for Companies House told Caterersearch today that the group had also failed to meet this date.

“Companies House is now likely to take action against the company,” he said.

A GRH spokeswoman said the company would file its accounts this week.
