Hilton Hotels has joined some of the capital’s best known chefs to stage a one-hour blackout across the city.
Hilton’s 18 hotels in London will switch off their lights on 21 June between 9-10pm in support of climate change campaign Lights Out London.
The campaign, which is being organised by Capital Radio, will see non-essential lights across London switched off to reduce energy consumption.
Some of the city's best known chefs are already on board and switching off their restaurant lights will be Richard Corrigan, Brian Turner and Aldo Zilli.
Hilton recently announced plans to reduce its carbon footprint in the UK & Ireland by more than half (56%) this year.
