The multi award-winning IWM North in Manchester, together with partner venues and MediaCityUK, contributes to the regeneration of The Quays - a major visitor destination for the 21st century. IWM North has welcomed almost 2.5 million visitors since opening in July 2002, winning nearly 30 awards including being named as one of the top four large visitor attractions in the country at the 2010 Enjoy England Awards for Excellence.
The Trustees of Imperial War Museums invite expressions of interest for the catering contract. This five year contract will commence in June 2012, with the appointed caterer having sole responsibility for operating and marketing the corporate/private catering function and public catering operation.
Caterers with a proven track record of both operational and marketing experience in this sector should apply no later than 4 November 2011, when a tender pack will be issued to all applicants.
