The long-awaited latest venture from Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens includes a ground-floor brasserie, first-floor bar and a private dining room on the top floor. Head chef Ollie Couillaud, formerly of the Dorchester, will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
