Thermomat cook-and-hold ovenThermomat is a cook-and-hold oven that has been designed by Rieber for use  either with doors and shelves or with 1/1 gastronorm drawers.

Suitable for a variety of dishes from whole lamb legs and beef joints to  soups, stews, vegetables or ready-prepared meals, the Thermomat will keep  warm, reheat or cook food at a low preset temperature that will not  fluctuate by more than 1°C in either direction.

Precise electronic controls and finely distributed filaments allow the  oven to quickly compensate for heat loss from door opening.

Fitted with doors and either three or seven shelves, the Thermomat can be  used for transporting and serving food. The drawer option accepts 1/1  gastronorm containers and can take two or three frame drawers.
