The Salamander Vitesse Classic is the latest grill to join the Salvis models offered by Exclusive Ranges, claimed to be the only units to allow chefs to work from all sides.
The Vitesse Classic is the only version with an automatic plate recognition feature that will switch the machine on and off. Like its siblings, the Vitesse Classic can be sited on the table top or mounted on the ceiling or wall, is height adjustable, and offers storage for gastronorm sheets and grids.
The new model has a main switch for left, right or full power and hotplate, and a mechanical timer for 0-15 minutes with automatic switch-off.
Other shared features include a choice of two heating systems, a heat reflector with a patented double casing, and an intelligent heating system to prevent the reflector handle from overheating.
Its compact dimensions are 460mm high x 600mm wide x 520mm deep.
