New baking mode from Rational

New baking model on Rational SelfCooking CenterA new cooking mode on the Rational SelfCooking Center will take the  guesswork out of baking biscuits, cookies, cakes, pies, breads, pizzas,  quiches and soufflés.

The baking mode covers seven baking processes and simply requires a push  of a button. There is no need to programme or monitor the unit or alter  the settings, as it will automatically select the correct balance of  humidity and dry heat for consistent results. For instance, the proofing  button can discern whether loaded pizzas are fresh or frozen and adjust  the baking process accordingly.

The SelfCooking Centers - which are available in gas or electric versions  and in sizes ranging from six-grid counter-top units to high-volume  40-grid types - have eight other cooking modes which also build in a  variety of baking processes.

Rational is running a series of free seminars on how to use its  SelfCooking Centers and combi-steamers to save time and energy.
