Staub self-straining mussel potAn innovative new item of cookware from French manufacturer Staub is a patented self-tilting mussel pot with an integrated strainer.

The black-enamelled cast-iron pot, with a nickel-plated knob, can be served directly from the oven or hob (of any heat source).
The stainless-steel strainer at the end of the oval cocotte holds the mussels to one side so juices can be easily gathered by slightly tilting the pot. It can hold about 800g of mussels.
