Ceramics have been taken to a new level of functionality in John Artis's Ceraflame line of oven-to-tableware.
The material is 100% ceramic but, unlike rival products, is highly resistant to thermal shock. This means that the containers can be taken directly from the fridge to the hob, oven or microwave (with the exception of the mini-pans).
The Ceraflame line, which has a striking matt-black finish, is significantly lighter than metal or porcelain equivalents, and is non-toxic, dishwasher-proof and scratch-resistant.
There are 14 shapes and sizes on offer, including deep round dishes, an oval dish, and mini-pans with handles and lids.
