The potato bread is a bread and roll mix that includes potato flakes and has a higher protein content but fewer calories than conventional breads.
The Soya bread mix was designed for the UK Asian market and has a high protein and fibre content. With its characteristic aroma, taste and crumb colour, the pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeded bread mix can produce a wide range of breads and rolls.
The Marathon bread mix is rich in carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins and minerals, and the company claims its Sonfit Active Flora multigrain bread contains 3.5 times as much dietary fibre and twice as much protein as most other breads.
Kaybee's Sonfit Omega multigrain bread mix is rich in linseed and omega-3 fatty acids, and is suitable for vegetarian breads. The company claims it contains 70% more dietary fibre and 22% more protein than conventional breads. The Maize Bread mix makes bread with maize flour and maize pieces. It's rich in vitamins, omega-6 and magnesium.
All mixes are available in 10kg bags, except for the Sonfit range, which are supplied in 16kg bags.
