Jus-Rol's ready-to-use pastry range is frozen to preserve texture and taste. The pastry blocks, sheets and shapes are free of hydrogenated fat, artificial colours and preservatives.
Pastry sheet varieties include filo pastry made to a traditional recipe, with each sheet measuring 10in x 18in and supplied in packs of eight. Puff pastry sheets measure 23in x 15in or 17in x 11.5in, and are sold in packs of 12, while shortcrust pastry sheets are 19in x 13in and are sold in cases of 10.
Block pastry varieties include puff pastry, all-butter puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, sweet dessert pastry and all-butter shortcrust pastry. All blocks weigh 1.5kg each and are sold in packs of four, with the puff pastry also available as a 7kg block in packs of two.
Oval, round and square pastry shapes are also available in puff pastry and shortcrust options in a variety of sizes.
