Revpar grows by nearly 12% at London hotels

London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 11.8% in the week ending 16 December, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar increased to £124.56, up from £111.38 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Occupancy rose by 1.6 percentage points to 85.3% while average room rate increased by 9.7% to £146.06 compared with £133.11 in the corresponding week of 2006.
