Lou Lou’s Café

A local businessman has bought Lou Lou’s Café in the seaside resort of Southsea, which lies within the waterfront city of Portsmouth in Hampshire.

Lou Lou’s occupies the ground floor of a three-storey, mid-terraced property in Marmion Road at the end of the high street.

It can accommodate 50 diners inside and provides some outdoor seating on the pavement to the front.

The Winchester office of Christie + Co sold the leasehold off a guide price of £160,000.
