Social services contract

Thursday 26 July 2001 01:54

When Staffordshire Social Services upgraded the dishwashing at 84 of its day centres, residential homes and other facilities, the opportunity was taken to replace traditional methods - typically sterilising sinks - with modern machines.

After trials, around 85 per cent of the contract went to Nelson for the supply of its DW/70 HPS 100 front-loading dishwashers and DW1000 pass-through machines.

Latest Plus 3 versions of the DW1000, which operates on a 1-3 minute cycle, come with a three-year parts and labour warranty. Features include full insulation (including the boiler) and user-friendly operation.
