The group has been awarded a five-year extension to its contract at Manchester University to provide catering and hospitality services for 25,000 students. Under the new deal, which has an annual turnover of £3.5m, Scolarest will continue to operate a food court, a Stopgap shop, ten function rooms, vending services and the university's café bars.

Scolarest will also continue to provide catering, cleaning and support services for a further five years at Highbury College in Portsmouth. The new contract has an annual turnover of £1.1m.

At Digby Stuart College in Roehampton, Surrey, Scolarest has increased its contract for another five years.

The new £420,000-a-year deal will see the group providing catering services as well as running a Stopgap shop and providing hospitality services for the college's conference facilities.
