Thompson joins Cordon Bleu

Chef Giles Thompson, consultant for outside caterer Red Snapper Events, is leaving the commercial catering world to become executive chef at the Cordon Bleu London Culinary Arts Institute on 1 October.

Thompson joined Red Snapper in March after a tenure as executive chef at London's Ritz hotel.
