Two-year ban for ex-director

A former director of hotel and restaurant business Leisure Development UK, forced into liquidation with debts in excess of £1m, has been disqualified for two years from holding a directorship.

Reginald William Thomas, 62, did not dispute charges of unfit conduct laid against him by the Insolvency Service.
