Restaurants honoured in Good Curry Awards

Punjabi restaurant Madhu, in London's Southall, has won Best UK Restaurant in the 2004 Cobra Good Curry Guide Awards.

This year's awards honoured curry restaurants around the UK, with London's Bombay Brasserie getting a Lifetime Achievement Award and Jaipur in Milton Keynes awarded Best Restaurant Outside London for the fifth time since 1995. Masala Zone in London's W1 won Best New Concept. Best Chef went to Yogesh Datta at the Painted Heron.
