Hanbury Foods is a small Norfolk-based food company that specialises in flavoured salts and sugars (such as Good With Meat Sea Salt with thyme and lavender, or vanilla sugar) which can be used before, after or during cooking. Latest additions to the range include seaweed sea salt, hickory-smoked sea salt and oak-smoked sea salt (all available in 450g or 1kg catering sizes) and mulled wine sugar, chocolate drink sugar and cappuccino sugar. The company has also recently put its selection of sauces - including the Great Taste Award gold medal-winning sweet chilli sauce; spare rib sauce; and balsamic and honey vinaigrette - into 2.5-litre catering sizes.
