Opies Professional is a new range of pickles and condiments from food company Opies for ploughman's, salads, pizzas and bar snacks. The list includes caperberries, jalapeno slices, beetroot, gherkins, olives, Bramley apple chutney, piccalilli, sweet pickle and red cabbage. The products come in plastic, foil-sealed jars with screwtop lids with colour coding to distinguish the product families. Pack sizes range from 1.25-2.4kg.
