Take stock(28 July 2004 10:43)The latest addition to Nestlè's revamped Chef range of stocks is a fish stock, Fumet de Poisson. It can be used as a base for fish stocks or sauces, for poaching and braising or as a finished pour-over sauce. The product contains no monosodium glutamate, and one tin makes 60 litres.
