How to...(17 August 2004 10:36)- Make a coriander and mint marinade.
- Ingredients: 1 bunch of fresh coriander; 4 fresh mint sprigs; 4 green chillies; half a bunch of spinach; 1 lemon; 5g chaat masala; 1tsp mango pickle. - Put in the blender and whiz until smooth.
