The Katsouris brothers began trading in Britain in 1951, and now supply a wide range of Greek and Mediterranean food under the Cypressa brand. In catering sizes, these include olives, oils, cheeses, vine leaves, tahini and halva, a biscuit-like sweet made from sesame seeds in a variety of flavours including vanilla, pistachio and honey. The company's own-label olive oil is available in three-litre and five-litre tins, and is, according to the company, gentle on the palate with a subtle aroma.
