.O.Shen knives have used Triplex Technology to construct a blade that is made up of three layers of stainless steel called Mastergrade. The outer layers are soft (Rockwell 10°) which support the ultra hard (Rockwell 58-62°) center layer. The result is a knife blade that is extremely strong with a razor sharp edge and stunning hand-finished black ebonite handles.
