Holroyd's hat trick
Holroyd Howe has announced three new contracts with a total turnover of nearly £1.5m. A three-year deal with investment provider the Man Group in London has an annual turnover of £1m, a three-year deal with IT company Steria in Hemel Hempstead has an annual turnover of £350,000, and a one-year rolling contract with advertising agency TBWA in London has a turnover of £100,000.

Digby Trout's catch
Digby Trout Restaurants has been appointed by House of Fraser to operate 16 in-store restaurants. Digby Trout expects to complete the refurbishment of all the concessions by the summer. To date, it has rebranded three sites as Café Zest - at Bluewater, Kent; Lakeside, Essex; and Victoria, London. Eurest previously operated 17 House of Fraser units in the London region and three in Scotland. A remaining four units have been taken over by Caffé Nero.

Talkington's film fun Talkington Bates has started a deal with the National Film & Television School in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. The one-year rolling contract is for all-day catering, vending and hospitality services to 180 students and 90 staff, and has an annual turnover of £195,000.

Just the platform ticket Universal Sodexho has announced a one-year contract with Petrofac Facilities Management to provide catering and other services on the Kittiwake platform, 100 miles east of Aberdeen. The contract has an annual turnover of £500,000. Universal Sodexho is a multiservice provider for the oil and gas, construction, mining, and defence industries.
