Regale Catering Equipment will be introducing a microwave oven protection system called the Lexan Polycarbonate Liner. Developed under the banner of Cavity Protection Systems, it's a plastic lining which stops the inside of the microwave being damaged by food build-up and debris, and is easy to remove and clean - for example, in a dishwasher.

By protecting the oven from food, it can help prevent breakdowns. It's also hygienic and prevents cross-contamination. Suitable for Sharp microwaves, with Panasonic, Samsung and Merrychef versions on the way.
