The Apuro range of Stressa meat slicers offers a choice of models designed to cope with a range of applications. First, there are three models with blade sizes of 8, 10 and 12 inches - suitable for most kitchen slicing needs. Second, there are two heavier-duty models with a choice of 10in or 12in blades. These models offer a choice of slicing thickness, from zero to 15mm, with a chromed-steel blade and blade sharpener. An anodised aluminium body offers easy cleaning, while an emergency stop button ensures safety. All models have a one-year warranty.
