Richard Metcalfe has joined Whitbread's Epsom North Premier Travel Inn as general manager.
He was at the group's Dover Central hotel as acting general manager. Samantha Crawley has become general manager of Elstree Premier Travel Inn and recently opened the Touchbase meeting and conference facility at Heathrow Premier Travel Inn.
