The Middleton Arms at Middleton in North Yorkshire has been sold through the Leeds office of property agent Colliers Robert Barry, acting on behalf of Tony and Jayne Wells.

The new owners of the traditional inn are Andy Green and Joanne Goff who aim to retain the previous owners’ combination of fine food and a completely no-smoking environment.

The agents were asking £475,000 for the property.
