Alan Gibb, City Café, Glasgow(20 October 2005 00:00)Alan Gibb has joined City Café Glasgow, part of the City Inn hotel, as head chef. He was previously chef-proprietor of Cluny Bank hotel in Forres, Morayshire. He has also worked as executive sous chef at Gleneagles hotel.
