Coffee gets its own show

(24 October 2005 16:19)

Next year sees the debut of Caffè Culture, an exhibition specifically designed for the café and coffee bar industry.

The event will take place on 24 and 25 May at London's Olympia and, while coffee will form the heart of the show, it will also incorporate a wide variety of products and services aimed at the middle to top end of the market, including roasters, coffee equipment, food, soft drinks, fruit juices and smoothies, interior design and furnishings, technology, tableware, packaging and kitchen equipment.

Seminars and debates will take place at the Caffè Business and Caffè Talk theatres. Hosted by leading industry figures, they will offer solutions to the issues facing today's operators, with topics including how to compete on the high street; how to secure, train and retain quality staff; and how to make the perfect summer smoothie. There will also be a selection of entertaining coffee challenges, tastings and demonstrations.
