The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 6 November, 2005

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 9.6% during the week to 6 November, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar across the 108 hotels surveyed £100.93, up from £92.08 during the equivalent week last year.

Occupancy rose by just 0.2 percentage points to 77.8%.

Average room rate, however, rose by 9.3% to £129.67, up from £118.64 for the equivalent week in 2004.
