Initial Catering Services has made two appointments. Donna Franklin has joined from the Brookwood Partnership, where she was operations and food manager, in the newly created role of brand and menu development manager. Andrew Lipscombe has been appointed contract manager for the Essex and Bexley areas. He was senior operations manager at school caterer Scolarest.
