Alan Gibb is the new head chef at City Café Glasgow. He has moved to the City Inn Hotels-owned restaurant from his role as chef-proprietor of the restaurant at Cluny Bank hotel in Forres, Morayshire. He has also previously worked at Gleneagles as executive sous chef.
