Barcelona's five-star hotel Hesperia Tower has welcomed Austrian Reinhard Wall as general manager ahead of the property's official launch in January. He was previously general manager of Hotel Hesperia Madrid in Paseo de La Castellana. Both hotels are operated by the Herperia Group.
