The Bench: London airport hotel performance in October 2005

London’s airport hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 3.9% during the month of October.

Revpar grew to £65.18, up from £62.74 during October 2004, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

The growth followed a 6.6% rise in average room rate to £79.36, up from £74.43 in October 2004. This offset a 2.2 percentage point decline in occupancy to 82.1%.
