Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland has topped Chris Moore's previous role as sales and marketing director with a promotion to the newly created position of chief operating officer. He takes over responsibility for the running of the company's training, human resources and e-commerce, while retaining his role overseeing sales and marketing.
