Rocco Forte Hotels has chosen Martin Elsner as pre-opening general manager Germany. Elsner will now oversee three hotel properties under development in the country. The first, Villa Kennedy, will open in Frankfurt in January 2006. New sites in Berlin and Munich will follow.
