Fred Cordonnier, executive chef, Tea Room, Dublin(08 December 2005 01:00)Fred Cordonnier has been appointed executive chef of the Tea Room at the Clarence hotel, Dublin. He has moved from Patrick Guilbaud's eponymous restaurant, also in the Irish capital, where he was head chef. Laetitia Tricard has been promoted from assistant manager of the Tea Room to restaurant manager.
