Schilo van Coevorden will become executive chef of the Stein Group in the New Year. He is currently executive chef at the Dylan Amsterdam hotel and the College hotel, both in the Dutch capital and both part of the Stein Group's portfolio. Stein recently took on the management of the Cadogan hotel in London's Knightsbridge.
